Returns and Exchanges
We do not have a Returns Policy. Items once sold cannot be returned.
We only accept exchanges on special categories and circumstances. Our exchange policy lasts for three (3) days after you purchase an item. If three (3) days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange. Following conditions apply for exchange:
- Your item must be in the original packing, unused and in the same condition in order to be eligible for return or exchange.
- To complete your exchange, send us a proof of purchase (your receipt) with your product.
- You will handle all shipping costs for exchanging your product.
Depending on your area, the return shipping time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- Sale items will not be exchanged. Only our regular priced items are eligible for returns.
- Baby Items and Nursing products cannot be exchanged.
