We at Snug N' Play strive to ensure utmost customer satisfaction.

Once you place an order via our website or social accounts, you will receive a confirmation email and verification call from our customer services representative. Please make sure you provide the correct phone number for order verification. Once you confirm your order, we will dispatch it the same day. If for some reason we are unable to establish telephonic communication with you, then the order will not be dispatched. 

Please note our shipping terms:

• We ship orders during working days Monday to Friday all over Pakistan.
• We offer free standard shipping for all orders over PKR 1,500/-
• We deliver orders within 2 to 7 business days. Delivery time depends on the your location, size of the order, and size of the package. Items that are bigger in size may take longer to reach your location.

PAYMENT METHODS:

We have two options for payment:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Bank Transfer (Bank information will be shared with you after you place the order)
